Aim of this course
The aim of the session is to inform care workers about how they can raise concerns at work and their concerns may be addressed.
At the end of this course, learners will be able to:
  1. Understand the legislation and standards governing raising concerns at work. 
  2. Understand the importance of raising concerns in an appropriate manner. 
  3. Understand the difference between a grievance and a public interest disclosure. 
  4. Understand their role and that of their manager with regard to raising concerns.
